Our Chef-inspired menu features seasonal dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Our award-winning wine list features selections from some of the world’s best vineyards. And our knowledgeable wait staff will ensure that your dining experience is one you’ll never forget.

Origin of Chef CesArt

It started back in 2007 when Kenson Cesar got his first job working at Cafe Boulud Palm Beach as a Busboy. One of Chef Daniel Boulud’s top restaurants on palm beach Island.
Kenson spent most of his time in the kitchen watching the cooks do their artwork; he was always eager to help the cooks prep whenever he had a chance so that he could learn. Slowly, he became passionate and fascinated with cooking and pursued a culinary art degree.
Kenson recreated some of the dishes he learned at home for friends to try out whenever possible.
He enjoys traveling around the world, learning new cuisine techniques, and trying different tastes. His mantra is: food is the only art that brings joy to my belly when I travel.
After years of cooking, he decided to take things further by organizing a private yacht/small cruise ship date night dinner for his friends.
After over ten years of experience in food catering services, Kenson finally decided to open Chef CesArt LLC with his friend Kenneth Townsend.
Growing up, Kenneth Townsend always thought He would become a fireman. He subsequently went on to pursue a degree in fire science. However, all that changed in 2012 when he took his first job with a small cruise line serving and washing dishes.
For Kenneth , that decision would later shape his career and life. While working on the cruise line, Kenneth was always eager to catch on to the meals the chefs were preparing and wanted to be a part of the team. Day after day, he studied with his mentors and jumped in when the team was short-staffed.
That was when Kenneth realized that he had a very special talent when it came to the art of food and thus did everything he could to become an executive chef.
While working with American Cruise Lines, he met his now business partner Kenson Cesar. The two had many plans on what they wanted in life, and opening a business together was what they arrived on.

We also believe in freshness and great quality products. We proudly offer private catering services, such as; Inflight Catering, Birthday Parties, Weddings, Date Night, Corporate Events, and Meal Preps, focusing on local, organic, ethical ingredients from our farmers’ market.
We create vibrant, flavorful, and healthy meals that help to boost the body, mind, and soul.
Our mission is to empower our clients and show them that it is possible to have delicious food even on a strict diet consisting of freshly picked ingredients. We are very proud of our teams and ourselves for providing for our client’s needs.
