Meet Chef CesArt
The hands behind Chef CesArt and chef-d'oeuvre of fine dining. Kenson’s passion for the culinary arts began at his first job working as a busboy at Cafe Boulud Palm Beach. Kenson spent most of his time in the kitchens, helping and prepping for the chefs. He was fascinated by their recipes and the techniques used to assemble any dishes. He watched as the chefs made masterpieces out of meals, describing their dishes as more artwork than mere food on a plate. During that time Kenson discovered his true passion, so over the next decade he acquired a degree in culinary art. Furthermore, he trained professionally as a caterer and private chef, before founding Chef CesArt.
